Terms and Conditions

(By purchasing a service on this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.)

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all consultation, audit, and design services provided by Allanberry Rooms. By requesting, booking, or purchasing any service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Services

Allanberry Rooms provides the following professional services:

  • Sensory Design Consultation

  • Sensory Design Package

  • Sensory Classroom Audit

  • Sensory Room Creation (Schools)

  • Workplace Sensory Audit

  • WELL AP Project Support

Consultation services are delivered virtually at the scheduled time after payment confirmation.
Design, audit, and project services begin after payment is confirmed and proceed according to the agreed scope of work.

Onsite visits (for design packages, classroom audits, sensory room creation, and workplace audits) will take place after scheduling is confirmed with the client.

 

All timelines listed on the website—including delivery timelines for consultation summaries, design packages, sensory room designs, and audit reports—are estimates intended to guide expected delivery. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, unforeseen delays, or external conditions.
Estimated timelines do not guarantee a fixed completion date.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW).
Full payment must be completed before any service begins.
Payments may be made through approved methods including KG Inicis, PayPal, or bank transfer.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

​

4.1 Consultations

All consultation services (including Sensory Design Consultation and WELL AP Consultation) are non-refundable after payment has been made.

​

4.2 Sensory Design Package / Sensory Room Creation / Classroom Audits / Workplace Audits

For services that include an onsite visit:

  • Cancellations before the onsite visit: 50% refund of the total amount

  • Cancellations after the onsite visit has been completed: Non-refundable

Once the assessment or onsite review has taken place for the agreed-upon number of spaces, the service cannot be refunded.

4.3 Rescheduling

Virtual consultations and onsite appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Changes made within 24 hours for appointments that require an interpreter will incur a 50,000 KRW rescheduling fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, assessments, designs, plans, documents, reports, and recommendations created by Allanberry Rooms remain the property of the company.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.
Materials provided are for personal or internal institutional use only and commercial use is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Allanberry Rooms will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any personal, family, school, or business information to third parties without consent.

If an interpreter participates in meetings, they will have signed a confidentiality agreement and are legally bound not to disclose any information or materials discussed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Allanberry Rooms provides wellbeing-focused design and consultation services. These services are not a replacement for medical, clinical, or psychological treatment.

All personal decisions based on our services are the responsibility of the client.
Allanberry Rooms is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • delays caused by third parties

  • issues beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the proper delivery of the services described on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from these services will be handled under Korean jurisdiction.
