Terms and Conditions

(By purchasing or booking a service through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.)

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Allanberry Rooms.

By requesting, booking, or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Allanberry Rooms reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your service.

2. Services

Allanberry Rooms provides professional wellbeing-focused sensory design services, including:

  • Child Sensory Insight Program

  • Child Sensory Design Package

  • Adult Sensory Space Session

  • Classroom Sensory Assessment

  • Sensory Support Room Design

  • Workplace Sensory Audit

  • WELL AP Project Support

2.1 Service Delivery

  • Virtual consultations are delivered online at the scheduled time after payment confirmation.

  • Design packages, audits, and project-based services begin after payment confirmation and proceed according to the agreed scope of work.

  • Onsite visits (for Child Sensory Design Packages, Classroom Sensory Assessments, Sensory Support Room Design, and Workplace Sensory Audits) are scheduled directly with the client.

2.2 Timelines

Any timelines listed on the website — including delivery estimates for summaries, reports, design documents, or recommendations — are estimates only.

Actual completion times may vary depending on:

  • project complexity

  • client responsiveness

  • scheduling coordination

  • external factors beyond our control

Estimated timelines do not guarantee a fixed completion date.

3. Payment

  • All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW).

  • Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments may be made via approved methods including KG Inicis, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Services will not commence until payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Child Sensory Insight Program & Adult Sensory Space Session

These services are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Preparation begins immediately after booking, including review of submitted materials and scheduling.

4.2 Child Sensory Design Package, Classroom Sensory Assessment, Sensory Support Room Design, Workplace Sensory Audit

For services that include an onsite visit:

  • Cancellation before the onsite visit: 50% refund of the total amount

  • Cancellation after the onsite visit has been completed: Non-refundable

Once an assessment or onsite review of the agreed spaces has taken place, the service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

4.3 WELL AP Project Support

Due to the advisory and strategic nature of this service:

  • Cancellations before the first consultation: 50% refund

  • Cancellations after advisory work has begun: Non-refundable

4.4 Rescheduling

Virtual and onsite appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Changes made within 24 hours for appointments requiring an interpreter will incur a 50,000 KRW rescheduling fee.

Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of the service at the discretion of Allanberry Rooms.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Allanberry Rooms — including but not limited to:

  • reports

  • sensory insights

  • layouts

  • 2D/3D designs

  • recommendations

  • written documents

remain the intellectual property of Allanberry Rooms.

Materials may not be copied, shared publicly, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal or internal institutional use only.

6. Confidentiality

Allanberry Rooms treats all client information as confidential.

Personal, family, school, and business information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

If an interpreter participates in meetings, they will have signed a confidentiality agreement and are legally bound to maintain privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Allanberry Rooms provides sensory-focused design and consultation services intended to support wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for:

  • medical advice

  • psychological treatment

  • clinical therapy

  • educational diagnosis

All decisions made based on recommendations are the responsibility of the client.

Allanberry Rooms is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • delays caused by third parties

  • contractor performance

  • implementation outcomes

  • circumstances beyond reasonable control

Liability is limited to the proper delivery of the services described on this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from these services shall be handled under Korean jurisdiction.
